When I read the thread title I thought this was a joke, but considering the name I should have known better.

When I first heard this from my mother I about fell out of my chair. The man has no shame, I'm embarrassed for him.

Wow! What a waste of the legal system's time. :irked:

Seriously...6 years after the fact.....so much I want to say....

This guy is a clown. After winning the kenton county jail issue I guess he thinks he his big time now! I heard him on the radio talking about this and I was in tears laughing. I'm not a Patriots fans but this is going to be pretty comical watching this lawsuit unfold.

"We don't want to try this or settle this through the press," Campbell said, "but I would like to communicate there is ways we can get this resolved."

Wow!!! I'm in law school, and we hear all the jokes. Here is the stereotype that births those jokes. How do you look at yourself in the mirror after filing something like this? These two attorneys have made jokes of themselves, not only in NKY, but now nationally.

I have no clue who Hugh Campbell is. He must be desperate if he links himself to E.D.

You forgot "the love of" prior to your statement.

Correct, it's along the lines of "Guns don't kill people, people kill people" It's not the love of money as much as it is the obsession. I could only hope that a rule 11 action could be brought. My Civ. Pro. grades are horrible, so I'm not going to speculate on that. Only hope.

People like to throw stones at Deters but he does more than his share of winning (like in the jail suit) so maybe he is a lot smarter than most people give him credit for.

Eric Deters is very smart as his Latin School education proves. His problem is that his brain must have so much info stored there and so much knowledge stored there that it doesn't have room for the piece that tells the rest of us when we should shut up and when we've crossed the line.

I'd want him on my "Its Academic" team but afterwards.....

They might actually have a case.

If they can prove that the Patriots illegally videotaped the Rams Practices and in turn won the game b/c of it, there is a financial loss that the Rams players incurred b.c of it.

It's a huge long shot, but I'll bet it doesn't get thrown out.
