Anyone that THINKS they might want to ref would pause after watching tonight's game. Those types of games are tough to ref.

 

They were working hard in a very fast paced game. The game deserved a 3 man crew.

In overtime the dunk fest was a pretty nice way to end the game though. More entertainment on probably the best game any of us have seen this year.

I guess Chappie thought McGraw was the last to touch it. There is no do-over when there is a collision with the ref.

While there were some questionable calls to say the least against both teams, one thing's for sure and that's that those refs got a work out tonight. After every Highlands basket, Holmes was back down the floor before Highlands could even get back and set up their defense.

 

They do a nice job of pushing the ball and getting in to transition QUICK.

I would argue that HHS had as many run outs as Holmes or had as many "over the top" plays against Holmes' press.

 

I bet ol' Tom and Chappie are currently soaking their feet and icing their knees.

What was his partner going to say if he was behind the play and on the other side? Heck, the play was coming at me and I couldn't tell who it went off of.

...depth is the word I believe should be used.

I'm guessing Chappie says he saw it. Its only Chappie's call on that and not the official behind the play on the opposite side of the court.
