Sweet 16 Draw

Featured Replies

I know the 16th was hoping for a better draw. :scared:

I am sure the 10th liked their draw....but they better not be too over confident.

I don't think the 10th needs to be overly confident as well , just as Elliott in the 16th needs to take care and play as a team.;)

Wouldn't that statement apply to every team in the state??? Hopefully they can win their region and defeat a top 20 team along the way.

Miserable draw for the 9th.

Your looking at the 7th and the 11th just to get to Saturday night.

LoL looks even worst for the 5th region!

If Holmes does win the 9th, then IMO: they have an excellent shot to get to the semi's against the 11th region champion again. From there, anything can happen.

If someone other than Holmes wins the 9th, the 9th is one & done.

Nice logic....if someone beats Holmes, and proves they are better than them, they are one and done, yet if Holmes wins they have a excellent shot at the semi's. Makes perfect sense to me.

I disagree with your last sentence. Boone Co already beat Adair Co. and I dont even think Boone will be the surprise team. I think if Holmes doesnt win it then Cov Cath or Dixie will be there. Highlands has an outside chance if Simpson returns and McGraw can go in the 1st rnd and finals. Boone is just too young for big time 9th region wins. Next year they will be the fav.

I'd love to see the Bulldogs get Scott County in a rematch of last year's semis. Its payback time!

When will tickets go on sale?

 I understand where you are coming from but I have to somewhat agree with the original post. I won't say that anyone else is one and done, but Holmes definitely has a better chance at advancing to the semi's IMO. Anything can happen in a tournament, and believe it or not the best team doesn't always win. But I did like your post.:thumb:

Write it down, Mason County will win the Sweet 16.

Those are mighty big words, awfully early as well. I think they will too.

Don't crow to loud! Or that crow may come back to get you. !

You do have to admit they have an awfully easy path.

Be careful what you wish for.:D
