I really think this game could be closer than people think if Elliott Co. isn't knocking the three. But on the other hand if they are running and gunning (as they always are), and hitting the 3 it could get ugly. Heck I don't know I'll say Elliott by 10.

Elliott County by 30+. The Lions have too many guns for Rose Hill and they will not be able to keep up.

I have doubted Rose Hill before this year. But, Elliott County should win by 8 in a close one.

For GoRadio to make a prediction and reference the sub-par guard play of Rose Hill, while all along saying he has not seen them does not make sense. He said, "from what I have heard about them." When I mentioned D1 I am referring to Division 1. Division 1 is a term used by people when speaking of NCAA, National Collegiate Athletic Association, member schools. There are multiple divisions in the NCAA. Division 1 schools are generally the larger schools and are able to give full athletic scholarships to students, along with division 2 schools. Half of the starting guards on Rose Hill, the team GoRadio referenced to, is currently being watched by several division 1 schools who are interested in one day having him come to their school and playing basketball in exchange for a scholarship giving him a quality college education.

The reference to Ms Liberty was made because she, I am using the female personal pronoun because this poster has referred to themselves as a woman in the past, is known on this board as an ardent supporter of Elliott Co. and their basketball program.

In summation, I was saying GoRadio's statement of "from what I have heard about them", may have come from a person who is also an ardent supporter of Elliott Co. basketball, which as we all know is the opponent of Rose Hill this Monday night.

Uncle Jed, I think Hammer was referring to your #11 post referring to Ms. Liberty but you quoted GoRadio. The quote did not match your statement.

As for this game - Elliot by 16.

WOW! First someone starts a thread asking if Elliott Co. is the best 16th region team ever, then all of their fans are picking them by 25 plus points and now all of their starters are D-1. I say cancel the rest of the season because no one can beat them.

 

Plus who would want to, if Elliott does blow through the region Jonestown won't hold a candle to Sandy Hook.

Should be an excellent game. IMO Rose Hill has an advantage with Euton inside. However Elliott Co.'s 3 guards of the Faulkner's and Ferguson are a big advantage. Chad Jackson is real good, but I think these 3 combined are better overall guard play than Rose Hill's guards. Jackson could be the best player on the floor, but Elliott may have the best team 1-5. Nevertheless I believe this will be a great game worth the price of 5 dollars. I just wish it was closer to watch than Bath Co.
