I don't know his stat line, but that seems about right. He flat out dominated and did whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. Bryan Station got contributions from a lot of people, but Mack was BY FAR the best player on the court and probably the best I have seen this year.

This is a huge win for Station, breaking a 53 game home winning streak for Scott? I believe that's correct. The 11th region tourney will probably be a better competition than the sweet 16 this year, it's too bad only one team can go. Should be fun to watch.

I agree, Mack is the best player in the state, he put on a show tonight, as did his Defenders, they are by far the #1 team in the state. They have a solid group of kids and came into SC and put on a show. The second worst beating SC has had at home in the Hicks Era, only one that was worse was SC vs Station in '97 by 17. Good luck to the Defenders, have to say toughest district in the state!

Bryan Station's success is because they brought back Coach Ligon from the dead after last season, and because they have Shelvin Mack running the point for them.

 

Shelvin Mack gets my mid-season vote for Mr. Basketball. He is the consumate point guard and has a winning attitude.

I was not able to attend this game, but I would guess that, based on the final score, Shelvin Mack schooled G-lawn Guyn at the point positionthis evening.

I am interested to hear how many turnovers SC had. Whatever it was, it was a lot. SC was just lazy with the ball and had trouble getting shots to fall tonight. Mack stepped up and had a huge game, looking like one of the best high school players I had seen in a while. Station was in complete control of the game start to finish.

Safe to say that Station is the hottest team in the state...impressive win.

Superior Gaurd play always gives you a chance. Station has several very good gaurds that can shoot and play point.
