Word has it that no one in Elliott County history has ever scored 2000 pts in their varsity career!!! I'm not a stat person so could someone verify this!

 

The Coaching staff told Jonathan that he was the first to score 2000.

Does anyone know if he's getting looked at by any schools? Surley with this talent he will go somewhere.

 

I am pretty well acqainted with Ferg, according to him he is being looked at by WVU, Miss.St, WKU, LeHigh, Notre Dame, Radford, there are several others but I don't remember all of them. I know he has had one offer

Rocky Atkins had over 2000, I know he hit that towards the end of this Senior Year

A super young man with a great attitude!!!

 

He can flat out shoot the rock. Several threes last night when he let them go I said no way. He was several feet behind the line. But he drilled them!!

 

Ferg has some incredible range on that jumper. Reminds me of a kid at Mason County that was a good shooter, but can't remember his name.

 

Gym was packed and great atmosphere in the Lion's Den!!!

2000 is unreal. 2000 as a JR is unfathomable.

If I had this young man on my team I would tell him to shoot, shoot, shoot. According to the ADI he has a 15 game FG% of 50 - 3pt% of 40.44 - FT% of 79.3 that is really good in anyones book. Yes I would want him to shoot a "Lot"

I called Elliott County High School today, Rocky ended his career at Elliott County with 3140 total points, He was the third leading scorer at Elliott county. "Chief" Orb Bowling is Elliott County's (called Sandy Hook High School then) all time scoring leader.
