mcpapa
If your going to Town center you have try Carabas best Italian you might eat. Carabas is pretty decent. Just don't ever tell them you've never been before (there's a first time for everyone); you run the risk of having the entire menu read to you. Just a personal preference for Karlo's (formerly Italiano's). There's also an Indian restaurant across from the Florence Mall (Taj India I think it's called) if your tastes run that way (they do in the mcpapa family); their lunch buffet is a bargain. JOHNDUNHOFT
There are several good places from Florenc, Crestview Mall and my favorite is El Coyote little pricey. Hoagy's is great in Crestview, Remingtons on Turfway is great and good portions and another favorite on Dixie Highway before 12th Street is Herb and Thelmas for a great cheeseburger and cold one. cch5432
Go to Salvadore's (formerly Pasqaule's) in Erlanger off Dixie Highway near Stevenson Road. You won't be let down and it's very close and inexpensive.
RockPride
If your going to Town center you have try Carabas best Italian you might eat. Not starting a fight or anything, but there is zero chance that a chain restaurant has the best Italian food.
Latch
El Coyote's is my favorite, pork chops or steak is the way to go. Garzelli's, they have great hoagie grinders and pizza's. Montgomery Inn in Ft. Mitchell is not to far away, great ribs and onion straws.

JOHNDUNHOFT
Dixie Chili is good and after 50 years of eating it I too must go elsewhere every now and then. JD
