They play up all year long vs. 8th grade squads in tournaments,etc and then they play 13U D2? This will clearly make them a favorite downstate if they go D2. I honestly think they could compete at D1 and with the small amount of teams that will probably enter they would qualify for Nationals. They have the size and quality athletes.

Plus, you don't have to play D1 nationals by playing D1 state. Rising Stars and Trotters played D1 state and D2 nationals last year. I would actually just like to see one big tournament when you are looking at so few teams playing D1, but I understand why there it won't be that way.
February 24, 200818 yr My question is how can a player play in both D1 and D2 nationals the same year. It happened last year in Virginia and Kentucky but I am not mentioning any name.
February 24, 200818 yr I heard the Ville 5th took the 6th Tarheels to OT. That is pretty impressive. how did Dalton play? The Wolfpack beat the Ville worse than the Tarheels did. Sounds like the Wolfpack is getting better every week. I love their backcourt.

I wasnt really impressed with the TarHeels when we played them but they didnt have McCormick or Snyder with them when we beat em. Hatton is a deadeye and AVery distributes well. Beal is strong on the boards but outside of that I didnt see much. Throw McCormick's 3pt shooting and Snyders scoring ability and I am sure they are very tough though.

February 24, 200818 yr How did the 13 under Ville, do today? I heard that they beat the Cougars 60-0. I know the Ville are outstanding but I think it shows very little class to shut a team out. The Cougars do not belong in this tourney but it was just terrible to watch (what little that I did).

He's ankle was a little sore and puffy were he played for the first time in 3 mos this past weekend. His physical therapist, says he's doing great and it will just take time to get him back to 100%. However he is very sick with the flu this weekend. Thanks for asking about him.
