Which teams are the fan favorites this weekend?

This is a poll where you can vote for the teams you WANT to win, not the teams you THINK will win.

Be careful, you can vote for multiple teams, so only pick 1 team from each class. If you don't have a preference in a particular class, then don't vote for either team in that class.

Be sure to vote for one 1A team, one 2A team, one 3A team, etc.

Go with your heart, and have fun.

NKY bring it home!!!

Good luck to Belfry! You have a great team.

OK...I want to clarify a few things:

1A-I had to pick Beechwood...I think someone would have been upset with me.

2A-Decided to go with the Catholics.

3A-Went with Central...Sorry Toots! They're a Louisville team, first time to the Carpet, and I have a soft spot for kids who have achieved what they have, given their circumstances. I'll be happy if Belfry wins too, though!

4A-Forgot to pick this one....

5A-Had to go with Highlands...PurpleHaze picked against the Rocks. :p

6A-GO ROCKS! I will say that if X wins, I'll still be glad, for personal reasons.

5A-Had to go with Highlands...PurpleHaze picked against the Rocks. :p
And I cry a lot.

------------------

My own picks:

1A - Beechwood (GO TIGERS!)

2A - NCC (GO BREDS!)

3A - I have split feelings on this one; but after reading some comments in their game thread, I'm leaning toward Central. ;)

4A - Don't really have a preference here.

5A - Well duh! (GO BIRDS!)

6A - Trinity (GO ROCKS!)

1A - LCA, but I think Beechwood will win.

2A - NCC, I like their style of play and coach.

3A - Belfry, because its Belfry.

4A - Lone Oak, only because they have to be the supreme underdog.

5A - Bowling Green, much respect for the program & they're due.

6A - I think this is my year to root for Trinity, on even years I root for X.:D

This is the year the Birds will tie #17 with T's

Anytime a Eastern Kentucky school is in the state finals, that is who I'm for. (Even thought they beat my team, Johnson Central.)

BELFRY

LONE OAK

1.) They're my alma mater

2.) Only six years ago they had a record of 0-10 and were outscored 19-518!

3.) It's their first championship game.

4.) It's also a school that has fought off consolidation and is taking on a private school.

All the NKY teams, both LexCath and Lone Oak (it was an accident voting for both, but I like LexCath's teams and Lone Oak is a good story with a great QB), and Trinity.
