That's a good article. It is a nice weapon to have in 2A running in and out that many fresh pair of legs. NewCath's depth is also one of their strengths as only 1 starter goes both ways. It will be interesting to watch that play out.

Thats pretty impressive to have 9 players with over 100 yds and all 9 of them have a carry in one game

I am going with the Breds as well. I particulary like the way they are prepared and coached. I am sure DeSales does the same but NewCath been there done that. Go Breds 28-14. FYI- I for one witnessed something first hand at Highlands last week (and it certainly wasnt the first time this has ever happened.) during our game. Our PA guy announced the score of the NC/Corbin game. Corbin, I believe was winning 12-6 or something second half. For the Highlands haters on here let it be known the Highlands fans in unisom booed the score immediately when announced. Its sorta the how do you say it "the right thing to do" for your neighbors and friends. Relax and enjoy your success.

That seems to be the score that most are going with, who have predictions of the game. I do feel that may come to be with both the running and passing game of NCC. However, I do feel the Colts can determine if they will allow that score to be or not based on how they begin the game. I agree with other posters of message boards that if they come out flat as in recent games, they will pay for it early. If they come out and not fumble, show they can handle the ball, they will prevent the momentum from shifting to NCC. I do feel the Colts will have the momentum to start the game, they just have to keep it. They will have to not let the pressure of this being a semi-state game take away their composure. It will be hard in that the Colts are new to this post-season play. NCC has had many years of experience in post-play and the coaching staff is comfortable in what their kids can do in getting there.

Does Manual have grass or turf? I don't believe that NewCath has played on grass since late September. If the weather is bad, that could really affect their offense. However, I expect to see a very, very focused NewCath team this week after debacle that was the 1st half last week.

NewCath played Ryle and Lloyd on grass. That was their only games on grass this year.

 

Of course their practice field is most likely one of the worse grass/mud surfaces you could find.

Good Luck to the Colts. There seems to have evolved a bit of a No. KY. vs. Louisville thing this weekend with D & T vs. the big boys from up there. Colts do your thing and hold up your end and hopefully the Rocks will do the same down the road over in St. Matt. They are coming into "YOUR HOUSE". Make sure they remember that.
