Shelby Co. (8-4) travels north to face the Boone Co. Rebels (9-3).

Does anyone get the feeling that Shelby may be the offense that can score some on Trinity? This is not a good matchup for Boone. Rockets will only lose if the Boone mascot steals his cape.

I look forward to this game, I have a feeling BC doesn't want to get behind on the board early.

^Both very good points...I have seen both play recently and Shelby's defense is soft, but they should only need a few stops.....Boone didn't defend the pass well when I watched them and Matthews is very very accurate...

Shelby county is giving up an average of 31 pts. a game. I think Boone controls the clock and with that controls the game.

There is little doubt that that will be the game plan.

I have only seen a couple of Boone games this year. Who have they had trouble with that threw the ball. The one I can think of is Henry Clay, Boyd was a man amongst boys that game.

If I remember correctly. Shelby got way behind to Scott County's run game, but came out in the second half and made the right adjustments to shut it down. They came back from around 16 or so down to win that game. Boones pass defense is average and will give up some long plays. Shelby should keep the underdog winning going in this game.
