West Virginia 38 Louisville 31

Featured Replies

Final.

Brian Brohm didn't make one smart pass on that last drive...

I hope Trent Guy cries himself to sleep tonight.

WVU looked like the Bengals for a while... "how to lose a game." Good stats fro Brohm.

Tough night for the UL WRs and a very poor final drive for Brohm. Every year this game is a wild one...

Minus one play (the freakin' 50 yard game-winning TD run), the defense played well enough to win this game. Conservative play calling CONTINUES..... White and Slayton fumble in EVERY big game, and this one was no different, we just didn't capitalize... West Virginia did EVERYTHING they could to give UL this game, and they wouldn't take it....On to USF.

Self note for White.... Don't do interviews it will kill any draft chance you have.

Guys .......rest easy......the Cards played very inspired tonight.....(class by White, while I write this)....go 'Eers win this thing, and represent....I am so very proud of the Cards tonight....Brian played great...sure some receivers dropped the ball, but Louisville battled for 60 minutes....I can take the rest of the season, however it may end, IFF they play as they did tonight from here out....my true synopsis in a minute

WVU gets decent return on kickoff...

UL defense allows a long completion on 1st Down and long...

White breaks one...plenty of time left.

Guy doesn't get glove down on hard grounder.

Bad field position...then a horrible display of clock management and play choice/pass selection by UL on final drive.

Wow...UL now stands at 5-5 and bowl trip hangs in perilous position.

Kragthorpe was handed the keys to a BCS caliber team/talent and has driven them straight into the ground.

I guess the big guy was right.

Sure does seem like they fumble a lot in big games over the last two years.

WVU gave UL every chance in the world to take this game.

What are UL's bowl odds at this point RP?

USF and Rutgers are both VERY beatable, IMO. Especially with RU at home.

For awhile it was close to becoming one. Hats off to the Cards for battling back but that last drive was embarassing.
