Has Crawford improved at all throughout his career?

Featured Replies

He's still a lazy player who loves to shoot and not play D.

Below average college team? By what standards?

I think getting demolished by Gardner-Webb is one of the prerequisites for a below average team.

He hasnt improved at all. He has just gotten lazier, IMO.

Believe it. :thumb:

His stats have got better...but at this point in his career I thought he would have been way better.

Joe Crawford has very slow feet...He constantly gets beat off the dribble... I personally think he hasn't got any better at all since his frosh year...He acts like he just goes through the motions sometimes.....VERY LAZY!!!!

Really haven't seen any marked improvement in 4 years. He's still a roller coaster. At least he'll always be remembered for that posterizing dunk on UL.

IMO his biggest problem is.....he has no heart or want to.

Oh, and he's gawd-awfully slow.

My biggest problem with Crawford is that he looks like he has 25 lbs. weights on his ankles when he tries to make moves to the basket.

He was a Big Mac out of HS and we got a Happy Meal now!

(Talking about how he was a McDonalds All American)

Joe Crawford is not good...

Honestly, this statement sums it up. I do not think it is lack of effort or heart like some believe, I just think he was extremely overrated coming out of high school but he is honestly not that good of a player. Solid at the collegiate level, but he is not what many people believe a McDonald's All-American should be.

It's more like instead of being McDonalds All American, he was recruited at a McDonalds.

I'm sorry to "bash" here, but during the latter part of Tubby's tenure, ( I am a fan if Tubby ) none of his players improved. Crawford has talent and when he is actually playing, has been one of my favorites. I'm afraid this is going to be a long year...

This guy can still avg 15-17 points a game this season.

So could pretty much any other player in college basketball if they were as selfish as UK's two seniors are....
