Bills 33 Bengals 21

With the right parts around him, he COULD be a very good coach. With what he gets here, it will never happen...

Now over in the P & P thread, it is not about the talent but how hard you work. I would guess that means he is getting outworked.

:rolleyes::D:lol:

After each game we revisit the Bengals upcoming schdedule and post our new records prediction. I don't recall anyone giving the "gals" an L in Buffalo. So lets move on:

@Balt-L

Ariz- W. don't know why, they have to win one don't they?

Tenn- L- Vince Young finally has a career game.

@ Pitt- L

St. Louis-W

@ SF- L

Browns- W dash Brownies playoff aspirations

@ Miami-L- Fins are 0-15 coming into this game and the gals overlook them

I think that leaves the gals at 5-11 for the season.

I think many players are just going through the motions and collecting a check. Why should they step up for any of the games.

Balt L

Ariz W

Tenn L

Pitts L (and bad, like 41-7 bad and the following week will be a horrible time to be a Bengal fan)

St. Louis L

SF L

Browns L

Miami W

4-12 final record.

I hope CJ is ok, imo, his "injury" was a by-product of his bad play. I hope I'm wrong, just a gut feeling I have.

Agreed.

I hope that CJ is fine and has no lasting effects of the hit.

That said, you put the spotlight on you that you are a future HOFer and you make those types of catches. He doesn't. He just likes the spotlight.

Ouch! Does Marvin weather 4-12?

Mike Brown in the Enquirer on Sunday, said yes. Marvin is not on a hot seat in any way, shape, or form.

The Bengals have set home attendance records in two of their 4 home games this season.

"And thats what it's all about". :irked:

Im assuming those games were againts Baltimore and Pitt....If that's the case, huge home crowds are to be expected. I dont see how Marvin isn't on the hot seat.

I would assume from the bolded statement that your last name ain't Brown and your family doesn't own the Bengals. Cause they are the only ones that count and they say he aint.

But I agree with you.

But I agree with you.

:thumb: Apparently they see something in Marvin that we don't.

I don't think we can take what he says as definitely being true. I mean in sports you hear all the time about people not being on the hot seat and how they wont be fired, but yet eventually do...However we probably wont be so lucky, and Mike Brown was probably telling the truth....:irked:

Watson is going twice as far per carry as Rudi. Yet we see Watson 4 carries. Rudi 11 carries. Marvin could not possibly be this bad of a coach. My niece could do better.

Here's my take on the Bengirls. And it's no secret I loathe the Bengals, but from a football fan's perspective, when is Mike Brown going to be accountable to the fans of his team? I understand it's a business and it's profitable, but for how long when you're mired in this type of play? And for those who don't care for Chad and would like to see him traded, I wonder how many fans that would turn off as well? IMO, until Mike Brown has some accountability to the fans of Cincy, they're gonna stink. You can suggest major overhauls, etc. but if the head cheese doesn't change, they'll still suck!

When the seats became so empty that he began to lose money, he hired Marvin.

Until the fans keep the seats empty for more than a season, a full season, no reason to change.
