It's rained all day...I'm so happy!!!

I never thought I would be so happy to see rain.:dancingpa It's pouring right now outside. I took an umbrella and went outside and just stood in the downpour, watching the creek run with water for the first time in a while.

I don't like rain at all.

But you have to admit, we need it.

Hasn't stopped raining in Lexington all day.

I don't like it. Ive had to walk in it all day. not saying we dont need it but it's a lot cooler than its been and being wet doesnt help that at all

This rain is just what the Dr. ordered. Good slow steady soaking rain. I only pray that the folks down south get some much needed ran also.

Much needed rain, in many areas.

My sump pump is working overtime......is has been 30 hours and 20 minutes here in Louisville.

We expect to get rain for on and off through Friday. We really need it (it's alot of rain though in a short period of time).

Reports say Lexington has gotten 3.2in. today. More in the western part of the state.

I went straight to work after school, and I had to walk through campus in the downpour with no umbrella because I lost it last week. I've had wetfoot for four and a half hours now. I wouldn't mind for the rain to head south where it REALLY needs it.

The news said earlier that across Jefferson County, there has been as much as 3-8 inches of rain since late Monday night.

We needed this rain like crazy but there is nothing worse than being on campus all day in the rain.

The best news for the Bluegrass Region would be that the mountains of Eastern Kentucky gets a ton of rain. We are the headwaters of the watershed for the Kentucky River drainage area.
