She was emotional. Why is everyone so offended that she actually cared that she possibly hurt some little kids feelings? I think she was more upset that the kids lost their pet than that the dog had to go back. I'd be upset too. She felt she made a mistake and she feels upset over it. I don't see why everyone is so riled up about it. I saw someone upset about this same topic on another message board.

I don't think using her show to call the people out was appropriate.

1. Who spends $3000.00 on a dog for training? We have done it repeatedly over the years for nothing. Our dog will sleep in any bed in our house for FREE!

 

2. What animal shelter cares that much for one dog that they would make a point of taking it away from someone who spends $3000.00 on a dog regardless of what she does with it?

 

3. Who spends $3000.00 on a dog and then cries about it on tv in front of millions of average people?

 

4. Arent there hungry, homeless children who could benefit from $3000.00 worth of food and clothing?

I was waiting to hear from either LN or you Henry on this one. I agree, its in the contract and Ellen screwed up. Too bad the kids are beign hurt here but they will get over it. Even though I am still receiving counseling for when my pet hamster Liberace ran away when I was 8.
