October 14, 200719 yr I wanted to start a thread for another homegrown boy that a lot of us watched grow up playing high school ball. He has always been 1st class and I am thrilled to see him on top along with guys that are mentioned like Woodson! I felt like Tamme could have done what he wanted all night long against the top defense in the country! He is truly one of the most underated weapons in the country on the offensive side of the ball IMO!
October 14, 200719 yr I honestly think he has the best hands on the team, and they don't use him enough in the offense.
October 14, 200719 yr I agree. Tamme represents the Student/Athlete as it was meant to be. He is First Class in everything he does.

Tamme was invaluble tonight. Besides having some key catches he also made what I thought were some very key blocks. J. Tamme is a Football player.
October 14, 200719 yr Jacob Tamme is My Fan Favorite...Not just because He is a Homer...:thumb: :thumb:My favorite Wildcat as well.
October 14, 200719 yr Did anyone else notice that Verne Lundquist said Tamme played at "Danville High School?" Half of Boyle County probably threw their remote at the TV!
October 14, 200719 yr Did anyone else notice that Verne Lundquist said Tamme played at "Danville High School?" Half of Boyle County probably threw their remote at the TV! Yeah I was thinking the same thing, hopefully he is corrected before they return back to Lexington.
October 14, 200719 yr Did anyone else notice that Verne Lundquist said Tamme played at "Danville High School?" Half of Boyle County probably threw their remote at the TV! I heard that as well what a HUGE mistake, but I bet Lundquist couldn't find Danville or Boyle Co. with a map.

October 14, 200719 yr Absolutely underrated TE and player on this team. I kept telling the guy sitting beside me that Tamme was the guy Woodson needed to be looking for all night. It seemed like LSU had no answer for him, he was open when he wanted to be. The only problem was that he wasnt throwed to nearly enough. This kid, along with Stevie J., need to be the top option inside the 10, where we seem to struggle.

I watched the game tonight with a large group of people. Most of them were Danville grads but one was a Boyle Co. grad and I will say he was VERY upset about this. And then later in the game, the announcers said it again, and it almost killed that guy.........
