October 8, 200718 yr Author We have friends who's daughter played HS Basketball and was very good. Her dad got to be so bad, including being thrown out of ball games, telling his daughter he was ashamed of her, that she ended up quitting. That's just sad. That's an entirely different level.
October 8, 200718 yr Youth Football Dad or Youth Football Cheerleader Mom? Toughie. What if they are married and have both a son who plays, daughter who cheers. I've seen Jekyll/Hyde appear from the meekest of parents, you never thought possible. One just never knows.
October 8, 200718 yr Youth Football Mom, definately worse. At least around here they are. Maybe Its an LCYFL thing but I know Jumper Dad and SHS Future know what I'm talking about when I say its the players mom.

Thought I'd check............It is tough to pick one or the other. I would say dad because they would be the ones trying to kill the coach because they didn't play his kid enough. But then again Cheerleader mom might be mad because her child did not do a piece right. tough
October 9, 200718 yr How about Youth Football Coach antics on sidelines? 8-9 year olds and coaches wearing wristbands with plays on them, throwing hats, yelling at officials. It is comical yet sad in the same sense. Most do a really good job considering time restraints and no pay, but in other cases it is the biggest collection of wannabes you will ever find. By the way, I would go with football mom.

October 10, 200718 yr Dad will be the biggest pain at the game and being verbal. Mom works behind the scenes to get the coach. Dad you know where he stands, mom will look you in the face smile and then rip you to pieces to other parents, administration, bag boy at the grocery store, etc, etc.
