October 4, 200718 yr I don't know what got me thinking about this but I have been thinking quite a bit about life in general. I have contemplating back to things I have been taught and things I have learned "the hard way" So I ask you, the community of BGP: What is the most important lesson ever taught to you? Maybe someone will stumble over this and pick up on something they needed to know.

October 5, 200718 yr Listen, don't talk. Never say anything you don't want to read in the papers or hear repeated in court. There is never an excuse, at any time, to any person, to be rude. What comes out of your mouth reflects the attitude of your heart. You cannot get something if you do not ask for it. If you don't ask, the answer is always "no." Take your spouse with you when you go somewhere. Never let the sun set on a necessary apology. Make your bed. Put your empty cup in the dishwasher. A person who does not do these things will not do something he tells you he will do. Return all phone calls to you within 24 hours. Where the fork and spoon go are important. If you are given back to much change at the drive-thru window, turn around and give it back. These are a few I find to be important to me.
