Seahawks 24 Bengals 21

My opinion the elite teams are NE, Indy, Dallas, and SD.

I know the Chargers have struggled thus far, but they've faced 3 of the best D's in the NFL. I think they'll get it together and go on a big run.

Dallas and SD are not in the same league as NE and Indy.

We bright thing is the bengals 2nd part of the schedule is not really the toughest. However the bengals cant get to far behind early. I really think if we can make it to 4 and 4 after our first 8 games, that we would be in good shape. Because we should hopefully have everyone back like Chris Henry, and Chris Perry. Then an easier schedule, so this season is definitely not a lost. But we really could have helped ourselves out if we would have won these last 2 games like we should have...

The biggest point I think some of us are trying to make, that there are alot of runningbacks out there that if put in our offense would be just as productive as Rudi, if not more since they would present a big play threat....

The Cleveland loss will be the one that we keep going back to. Inexcusable to lose that game in the manner they did.

Not disagreeing that there are a lot of good backs out there. Probably part of the reason they keep drafting RBs. If either Irons or Perry did what was planned for them then the Bengals would have the 2 good backs UK wants.

I decided against including Peterson or Lynch, although both have looked more impressive than Rudi thus far.

LJ had 42 yds on 23 carries today. You list 16 RBs. How many NFL teams are there? 32. Post the last 5 years rushing totals for these guys and lets see what ya got.

10 of them haven't been in the league that long....

Exactly. Yet we're promoting these RBs as elite or great backs? Come on. Rudi is Rudi, a tough in between the tackles runner. Eats up yards and clock. Irons or Perry were the ones who were to be guys that could get to the edge and break the long ones. I can't figure out why Rudi is blamed for this. TOs and bad ST play cost the Bengals today. And didn't Rudi have a decent day last week? You put any of your guys (except the top 3 or 4) and I don't see any difference. RBs are only as good as their blocking and quite frankly I didn't see any gaping hole today.

Smells like 8-8 again.

Mike Brown is happy as a lark...millions rolling into his pockets.

Let's see what Marvin comes up with tomorrow in the press conference...or maybe we just won't understand.

Very frustrating....

As most on here know, I'm a huge Seahawks fan.... So I'm extremely pumped about this victory over an AFC team.

It was a sloppy game, but I am very pleased with the end result. Palmer is a GREAT QB... On every 3rd and long I would tell my girlfriend that he was going to find a way to pick it up, and more often than not I was right.

I am really not sure how much I can take away from this game... The Seahawks really took the running game away from the Bengals, but they got burned in the air. Most teams do by this offense however, so I'm a little confused. I think I'll just take the victory with a smile and move on to next week...

....And harass my supervisor tomorrow and hope to not get fired. :D

Chick Ludwig is bringing his copy of Football for Dummies to show Marvin he is trying to understand:D

You guys attacking Rudi and consider yourself Bengal fans is sickening. One bad game with a HAMSTRING injury.

I've been attacking him for a long time....does that still make you sick?

Rudi is incapable of breaking a long run, he has no breakaway speed and can make a elementary cut. He runs into tackles, he is all of sudden having trouble holding on to the ball.

Again, in this offense, there are a very large number of backs who could put up the numbers ho does.

I heard someone on the radio say that he has the capability of turning a 5 yard run into a 15 yard run and a 30 yard run into a 15 yard run.
