:laugh: No offense Rocket but as I read the thread I came upon the above and almost drowned in my pepsi.

It's over... Convince yourself it's over and move on.You don't want to be the one holding on to that last little bit of hope, you want that to be her. If anything, she needs to be trying to convince you to take her back. Once she sees that you're fine without her, she WILL want you back if there's any substance to this relationship at all.

 

I know that it's easier said than done for me to just say "Move on" but that's the best way to go about doing it... Either you forget her and meet someone else and get on with your life, or she comes crawling back... And in that scenario, she's going to be willing to compromise.

Rocket, buddy you are going to have to let it go. I know you don't want to and I'm not saying that after some time apart (6mo/1year) that you can't rekindle this relationship. He's the real question you need to ask yourself let's say she calls tonight and tells you that she was wrong and you were right and how things are going to be different and she needs you in her life. Great!! The question is will you TRUST her to not change her mind again!!! It's much easier the second time. Give yourself a break and her. Spend sometime doing other things. Girls are everywhere and who knows you may just run into "Miss Has Everthing Together" whom it seems that your looking for in the next weeks or months. Holidays are coming and girls like being in relationships during those times.

Not a Rocket Rant but I feel for ya, seems kinda odd! Any chance she got to thinking about looking at rings and going to bachelorette parties and got a little hesistant on if she was ready for that???

 

I agree, whatever is meant to be will happen...just try and hang in there! Hopefully she will come around, if not hopefully it will make you better for the next girl! :thumb:

 

I think it is just the opposite of this ... you guys went out and looked at rings and she went to her party ... and now she is trying to suck you into marriage. And all I can say to that is ... RUN ... RUN ... RUN!

Your getting some pretty sound advice on here by a lot of different folks. You better heed it. I have been through similar circumstances as others on here have too. That is why they/I am telling you to steer clear.

It's hard for me to imagine that you're really that upset about it, 'cause everytime I read your posts I focus on that dancing milk, and he seems pretty happy. So, everything you say comes across with a smile and a dance. :lol:

I dunno, its just weird, like its like shes sending mixed signals, it seems if she really wanted it over, all the pics would come down on myspace, relationship status changed, given me my stuff back, but its like shes making everyone else think that she wants to work it out but not talking to me?
