August 28, 200719 yr Seemed kinda of weird really. The cop acted like he was sorry half the time. I have never seen or heard any DUI arrested before so that all might be normal.
August 28, 200719 yr Boston also didn't seem to be under the influence or anything... Thats how it looked to me as well.
August 28, 200719 yr Authorities are waiting for test results to come back to see if had any controlled substances including the date rape drug.
August 29, 200719 yr Catch 22?........This cop just kept going until he could try to find something on him. I think Boston was profiled.
August 29, 200719 yr Looks like profiling to me. He has told the officer about his knees and just about begged him the entire time to take him to the station for a BA or blood test. It appears that the officer is saying that by doing this field stuff he can find out if he is on/has taken things that the BA or blood test can't pick up? Doesn't seem under the influence of anything to me. What do the attorneys on BGP think?

August 29, 200719 yr The reason he was pulled over was because he was found in his car, unresponsive in a driving lane.
August 29, 200719 yr Author He's guilty of not listening, that's for certain. :thumb: I'm not sure if the cop did the right thing or not, but Boston could have saved time by just doing what was said and not whining so much. He could have tried the tests he was given, and if he couldn't do them he could explain why. If he's not under the influence of anything he could prove that with urine tests or a breathalyser (sp?). Wonder why he was sitting in his car unresponsive in a travel lane though?
August 29, 200719 yr The reason he was pulled over was because he was found in his car, unresponsive in a driving lane. Is this a new class of profiling?
August 29, 200719 yr Is this a new class of profiling? As Ron White would say, "They were stopping alll the cars traveling down that particular...sidewalk."
