August 29, 200719 yr Wonder why he was sitting in his car unresponsive in a travel lane though? From what I understand, he said something similar had happened to him before. Maybe he has narcolepsy?
August 29, 200719 yr I felt he was under the influence of something. He didn't listen nor follow directions. He was unsteady, had trouble walking a straight line.

September 3, 200719 yr No, but the urine sample that is due back tomorrow will... What was the result?
September 4, 200719 yr What was the result? I'm curious as well...he certainly didn't seem under the influence during the field test, IMO. Obviously, being passed out in a vehicle that is running and in drive is out of the ordinary. I'm curious to see how this turns out. If he can prove there is some logical reason for being passed out as he was, then he should be able to beat this DUI with no trouble...assuming the tests are all negative. The field test would do nothing to make him look guilty, IMO and if he can give a reason for being passed (like sleep disorder or something), then they'd have no evidence. At least, it seems that way from what I know.
September 5, 200719 yr The way I see it, if he was guilty, we would have heard about it. My guess is it showed up nothing, and we have heard nothing.
September 11, 200719 yr Look like Boston had GHB (date-rape drug) in his system... http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/football/nfl/09/10/boston.ghb.ap/index.html
