August 26, 200719 yr Never once said he was a terrible coach Futurecoach because if I did I would have said he was a terrible coach but I do not recall that being what I said. SO if I must say he is a good coach I just do not like his style and I was never negative when he was here in KY but now that he is gone I just did not like his style. SO before you assume something maybe you should ask.

I can give you 1.8 million reasons why Tubby went to Minnesota. If you need more, I can tell you he is not in the pressure cooker he was a UK. That makes 1,800,001 good reasons!

August 26, 200719 yr OTS is a very good coach. Ok, he looses a recruit.... Does it really matter to the folks in KY??? I hope he is successful at Minnesota, he has his work cut out for him for sure. We fans in KY have much more to be concerned with than if OTS lands or looses a recruit. No big deal. Give it up an move on.....

August 27, 200719 yr Tubby is the perfect fit for UM and UM is the perfect fit for him. NO expectaions he can take his 2-3 star players and try to make a cinderella run every 3-4 years. This is a retirement gig for Tubby. He has acknowledged that his style can't work at the top programs in the country. He will retire comfortably at UM and maybe make 2-3 big dances.

August 27, 200719 yr Warrior32 I was never going at you don't take it so personal my man. I hope OTS does do good there all I said was I did not like his coaching style while he was at UK. I never said one thing about him while he was here out of respect for him. BUT now that he is gone I don't think it is a big deal for me to say I didn't like his style calm down a little bit. And futurecoach it's easy to win a championship when you are given a royal flush hand. Think about it.
