You have to say it is possible with the schedule they play. If they played a schedule of only NKY teams I would agree and say teams may not score 30 on Highlands as that doesn't happen often if ever by NKY teams against Highlands.

 

Just to stay on the thread I say Highlands Rolls over Ryle.

Might be nice to sit in the A/C but still be able to watch the game....

Highlands scores early and often in this one. Even with lots of guys going both ways for the Birds, they are in great condition as Dale's teams always are and the heat should not factor in with the 8pm start. I'm sure Ryle will be big and strong but I am betting they are not in the kind of shape the Birds are.

 

I may be a bit of a homer , but I see this as a very lopsided Birds win.

Ok, I got a little ahead of myself. I should have said, no team FROM KENTUCKY will score 45 points against highlands in the next 5 years.

 

A note on the game, Ryle might stand a chance if they can score 28 points or so (which I don't believe will happen) AND if their defense can stop Highlands' BALANCED ATTACK :sssh: (also don't see it).

So, is this game going to be carried via a webcast or not? If not, could a BGP'er please provide some game updates tonight??? The BGP contingent in North Carolina would be most appreciative!

 

As for predictions, I predict that the game will remain fairly close until early third quarter, when HHS' running game gets in groove and the 'Birds pull away.
