Couch was a better all-around athlete. (not that it matters to most people, but if the situation was reversed I think Couch would do better). Anyways with Couch, Alexander, Horning, Brohm, Bush, etc our state has had some very talented football playerw we can be proud of!

I think Couch might be a bit more athletic...but Brian never had a POOR game in high school...didn't Couch throw 6 picks in one game? That shows numerous poor decisions...I think that he would've beenhighly successful for Trinity...as brian would've with Leslie...but Brian's head puts him ahead of Tim...I voted for Brian...but am thinking now that Bush should be the answer.

You know while I have always felt that Brohm is superior to Couch....I have never been able to specify a great reason why...you just did that for me...awesome...

 

Tim Couch went toe to toe with Tennessee and Peyton Manning his sophomore year. Both had over 500 yards passing I believe. The next year I believe UK would have had another great game with UT, but that was the week after the wreck killing one of Couch's best friends, another teammate, and injuring his center because of drunk driving.

The point Couch never had resources in high school, college, or the pros (before his shoulder went bad) to show how good he may have been.

The issue with your argument is that we're talking HIGH school football player, not college. To pick this one, we can't take into account anything that a player has done since he graduated high school.

You know that Brian is responsible for his protection calls? he makes them...at Rutgers the line couldn't hear him, thus the problem...maybe just maybe Brian is that much better presnap than during the play.
