July 20, 200719 yr Alright darn it, let's tie it up and get the lead right here. Of course Ryan Freel is the one to hit a 3 run homer, JUST WHO I EXPECTED! lol
July 20, 200719 yr This guy (whoever it is) with Crissy is not too bad. Of course, like others have mentioned - look who we are comparing him to. By the way, thoughts and prayers to G. Grande's mother with her illness.:thumb:
July 20, 200719 yr Reds have a NEW player NORRIS HOOPER! Hopefully he is good, I haven't heard much about him. Coffey showing some EMOTION on that big strikeout, great to see.
July 20, 200719 yr Stormy walks the leadoff man in the 9th, he just has to make it interesting.:irked:
July 20, 200719 yr Game Over, This one belongs to the Reds!  10-4 under Pete Mackanin.
July 20, 200719 yr What a REALLY nice win for this team. Just seemed like another ho-hum going through the motion loss and then FREEL of all people gets the big hit. Now 5-3 on this trip, just awesome.
July 20, 200719 yr Great game for the Reds, find a way to win. They really missed chances with bases loaded and 3,4, 5 hitters up though.
July 20, 200719 yr Game Over, This one belongs to the Reds!  10-4 under Pete Mackanin. See, Jerry Narron really was the problem.
July 20, 200719 yr See, Jerry Narron really was the problem. Not...................... Narron was "A" problem, not "The" problem.
July 20, 200719 yr Reds only 4 games out of third right now. Small steps right now. Brew Crew in town next week.
July 20, 200719 yr Michael Reghi was the other announcer. He is the guy that does Cavs games for FSN Ohio. I'm not a fan, but apparently I'm in the minority. Hope George's Mom is okay. I can't stand him either as an announcer, but obviously he is where he needs to be doing what he needs to be doing.
July 20, 200719 yr Couple of quick reminders: 1. I don't think Freel is an everyday player. 2. I think he has a screw loose, the imaginary friend, and all. 3. I think he runs into too many outs. 4. I do like the effort and think he is a worthwhile utility player, if used correctly, can add value to the team. All of that being said, I LOVE this quote from him after last night's game: "I feel like I can compete and be an unbelievalbe player at one time and then I feel like I’ve never played baseball in my entire life. I have to be more consistent. When you have a leadoff hitter with a .294 on-base percentage, there’s no excuse for that. That’s horrible. It’s a big key, getting on base for these guys, the superstars on this team, Griffey and Dunn, there’s a lot you can do. But I’ve been doing a lot of right turns on first base and heading to the dugout. I’m professional, I’ll be accountable."
