Congrats to McCarty. I honestly never really saw him as a coach for whatever reason. I really hope he does well with coaching!

I think he could be a great coach. Has a great enthusiasm for the game and can really bring an energy to the game. I think this is a great pickup for Pitino and the Cards.

I don't know I thought he was a great character actor in HE Got Game. He didn't quite reach the caliber of acting preformed by Travis Ford in the Sixth Man though. Good for Walter, even though he will be wearing the wrong colors. I will never forget the three against LSU from the corner. Good Luck.

Congrats to Walter. I was at UK during his redshirt and freshman year and met him at Hardee's by Wildcat Lodge one night at about 2am. Seemed like a very nice guy--I later met his Mom in New Orleans during the SEC Tourney in 1996. I hope he does well in the coaching ranks.

I loved watching McCarty play for U.K.. I am happy for him and wish him luck and hope that he can find another coaching position somewhere other than U.L.. (then I might really be able to hope that he wins as a coach ).
