June 19, 200719 yr This is something that has always intrigued me. How do you know if someone is cheating because they are walking so fast that it becomes a jog? When I won it was on the Track at UK...they had judges there watching and disqualifying .....if necessary. Also there is a certain way that your heal must make contact...in a jog you can't do that.
