Yes, but as you should recall, I had to set you straight on why some of your ideas would be a bad thing. :sssh:

I can't stand Michael Moore... I don't know if I'd see another one of his movies or not, but this is one subject, Health Care is one that needs to be discussed, debated, and examined. Maybe Moore's movie will get the ball rolling again and get people looking at the incredibly high cost of health care, what we can do to insure more people, and how uninsured people are draggind down our hospitals (see the recent post about Detroit area hospital closing down)...

Do we really need someone else to point out that the health care system is broken? How about someone coming up with a fix that will work!

Definitely agree with you on this, but until enough people get fed up with the way things are, nothing is going to happen.

Yes we need people to keep pointing out the system is broken until something is done about it...

Personally I am pretty indifferent to Moore. He means well and he has the right ideas but he has no clue on how to present them to the public and I find that annoying. He thinks that he has to have some kind of a 'wow' factor in everything that he does or people won't listen to him. Granted it works for some people but I think he always does more harm then good for whatever cause he is fighting for. I like the ideas and premises behind the majority of his documentaries but I generally don't like the documentaries themselves. If he wasn't so 'in your face' all of the time I think he could do a lot of good for the country but I don't see him toning it down anytime soon. Maybe with old age he'll calm down a bit and do some work that doesn't try to start a civil war in this country.

Just because he's very extreme and often obnoxious doesn't mean that he doesn't care or mean well. I think it's obvious that he really does or he wouldn't be so controversial in his movies. If he just made something that he knew everyone would like and agree with then he would have a much bigger bank account.

I don't think he cares about anything but himself and his bank account. Personally, I peg him as a phony.
