They share the ball instead of letting one player get 40 shots per game. If that is boring, you don't like real basketball. The Suns do all of the things you just mentioned, yet they do it in an entertaining way. You keep saying I don't like real basketball....I like the Suns, aren't they playing real basketball, or is this series all just "make believe"???

The type of basketball I'm referring to is not "make believe" basketball, it' selfish basketball centered around one star. Ex. Kobe Bryant (Lakers). The Suns play great basketball, I never claimed otherwise. The Spurs play team basketball as well, but the Spurs choose to play defense too.

I've never claimed to like watching Kobe play....The Spurs brand may win championships, but it's just not exciting IMO, unless you're a SA fan.

May 16, 200719 yr I have no real dislike for the Spurs... I'm not a fan, but I don't cheer against them just to be cheering against them. That said, I don't rush to watch their games like I do when the Warriors (not just since they beat the Mavs, I've always loved watching them play), Suns, Rocket, or Celtics (sadly, I'm a fan) play.

The Spurs haters or Suns supporters are up in arms and if the situation was reversed they wouldn't be as vocal. I'm in no way a supporter of either team. I thought before the suspensions that this was the Suns best chance at the championship, but now it will be very difficult. The biggest problem I see is that people believe that the NBA is controled by the commissioner and there are many conspiracy theories out there to support that. This is going to give those people reason to stand up make some noise and then go 5 years w/o watching the NBA again.

May 16, 200719 yr Also, Horry was suspended one game for the hit on Nash and another game for taking a swing at Raja Bell. Understandable. Amare and Boris were suspended for getting up out of their seats but not even far enough to come into view of the camera. This punishment hardly seems to fit the crime.
May 16, 200719 yr Two players tangled up is not an altercation. Come on... So if the Suns player had spotted Duncan on the floor he could have decked the Spurs player which would have resulted in a suspension for Duncan................yeah that's a good rule.
