They lost 5 in a row before the poll was printed and one after, so I am kind of suprised they stayed at third too.

Kind of ironic that Campbell beat both Highlands and Covington Catholic and is rated below both of them.

Hardly ironic. Look at the body of work. Fine season for the Camels but , right now, they are behind the Colonels.

The Camels threw their ace, while CCH threw what they had left from a tortuous week. As somebody said earlier, the body of work for CCH puts them in the top 2.

By the way congratulations to Highlands. It has been about 5 years since they have mattered in baseball.

Isn't Hurd considered the CCHS ace?

Hurd and Woodruff are both 4-1, with ERA's under 1.50. Not much difference in either of them. Both are having excellent seasons.
