HHS moves into top 5

This poll has no respect for NKY 10th Region teams like Bishop Brossart, Scott, nor Campbell County. I guess they'll just have to prove them wrong!:fight:

Couldn't agree with you more BIL, its been that way since those teams moved to the 10th.

These polls mean nothing, it comes down to who wants it more on that given day. Anything can happen and any of these teams can lose to a lesser team.

Your comment is acruate. However, teams (players & coaches) deserve to be recognized for their achievements on the ball field recently. It's difficult to understand from the outside, but these boy's should be very proud of the season they've had so far.

I recently heard that a certain Highlands Football player is allready planning on playing baseball next year. I also heard that there is some other Football players that will follow suit. Isn't it interesting what some success will do for your Baseball program. Or is it the passion these kids feel for the sport. If the baseball team can draw some of the so-called strickly football players to play, then watch out the next couple of years for Highlands Baseball.:ylsuper:

I heard the same thing recently. There's a tremendous upside to what potentially could to happen in the next couple of year with HHS Baseball. I know the coaches are excited with what they've seen within the program this year. I give the senior players alot of credit. They've committed themselves to baseball and have been great role models for the younger players. At the JV level the team has 3-4 sophomores that have lead the way. The freshman have contributed nicely in every game. The JV squad has 8-9 players that also play football, so the draw has already begun. Watch out, the baseball program might leapfrog over other popular sports with the exception of football.

BB is fine where they are at, Campbell should be higher, Im a Scott supporter and as of right now, i believe they dont deserve to be ranked 7-7 aint getting it done, do i think they are a top 10 team in NKY, Yes, but right now they are not playing like one.

And before anybody questions the Spring Break issue. This person said it won't be an issue at all. He said he will be playing baseball during spring break!!!:ylsuper: He also said that Football will have to wait for it's season as well.
