April 23, 200719 yr I know that he turned the Morehead program around really quickly. They were a bottom feeder in the OVC and in his first year they made it to the semi's of the OVC tourney. Then this past season they tied for first place overall in the OVC. So, he is more than capable of handlng the UK job!:thumb:Morehead didn't tie for first place in the OVC ... they finished third behind Southeast Missouri and Murray State. Three games behind SEMO and two behind Murray.

They were tied for first with 1.5 weeks left in reg season. Then had several bad luck things happen to them. 3 of which were losing all of those road games. :fight:
April 23, 200719 yr They didn't finish in a tie, did they? Maybe they were tied because they had a lot of home games early in the schedule. Didn't they lose their first-round game in the OVC tournament ... at home? I saw Morehead at Murray ... frankly, they weren't very talented. They did well to finish third in the league.

April 24, 200719 yr A lot is wrong with Morehead. I can say so because I go there and I am here everyday! A lot is wrong with Morehead, but somehow you managed to be in that terrible place? Thats funny! :laugh:
