April 13, 200719 yr We're dropping from 4 strong WR down to 2. I think our biggest strength was having a great q that has 3-5 capable targets on every pass. Chris Henry was such an x-factor last year with his height and his ability to convert on third down. With losing Kelly and Henry, I think the best adjustment would be to pick up Ginn, or to develop a RB that can catch the ball at the line and run around an end. Rudi hasn't run the ball around anybody in three years, hes up the middle everytime. We need a faster, smaller running back, like Cadilac, who can make some Brian Westbrook type plays

Look for possibly Ghent to fill the backup tight end role. At RB, there's Kenny Watson and hopefully, a healthy Chris Perry that can catch the ball out of the backfield. At WR, Tab Perry will be back, along with Chatman. Then there's the three young guys in McNeal, Brazell, and Holt. Not really any desperate need for a wide receiver. Ginn's special teams play is the only true benefit he could immediately bring, but Perry will be back returning kickoffs and hopefully Chatman can do a solid job at punt returns. Therefore, I don't see the need for a first round special teams guy. The glaring need is on defense, and everyone knows that. I wouldn't read too much into this whole ordeal.
