I did not see any Derek Smith team on the official schedule for the King's Island Tournament. Maybe they changed their mind and took the weekend off.

I heard the 14u were playing at Kings Island this weekend. Don't know about the older teams.

This tournament is not NCAA Certified. Their will be scouting services in attendence, but no college coaches. This is not a recruiting period.

budman you're correct. I was misinformed on the schedule. If I'm right, the NCAA Certified events start back up in July.

Anybody know much about the 11U Tournament the Central KY Blaze put on this past weekend. I hear National Teams came in like the DC Warriors, teams from Texas, Florida, etc.

Maybe I started this. I sent a reply that Derek Smith was playing in Florence and couldn't get in Nashville. I only said that because our original schedule had us playing in Nashville. All I was told is that it was full already.
