I THINK it's Ohio Basketball Club. I think that is what one of my players parents told me.

It is where the sponsor is from. Tim Duncan's (Cleveland/Ohio Basketball Club) is sponsored by Adidas. In turn, he has sponsored the Patriots this year. There is currently one player from Ohio (Cleveland) on the roster, one from West Virginia, and the rest from Kentucky. This is more of a national traveling team now, no longer just a local or KY AAU team.

Anybody have results from the Bearcat Classic? I saw some players from a Canton team at the Kenwood Town Center on Sunday, looked like 7th graders. Anywhere to view results or maybe wildcatfan can update us on how the Patriots did.

I was over there for an hour or so yesterday. In the17U the teams still remaining were: Next Level, Cin. AAU Red, Cin AAU Black, Club Ohio, WV Rush and SMAC. A coach I know for Cin AAU said he was seeing a possible Cin AAU Vs Cin AAU final.

Not that I saw. He usually plays for Ozzie Davis and the QCP, Didn't see them there.

Patriots did not participate in this tournament. I saw on the Shining Stars web site that the 15U team lost by 4 to Butler County Tar Heels and lost by 20+ to Cincinnati AAU.

So what HS age teams are playing this weekend, and in what tourneys?

 

I know that Derek Smith and Team Kentucky are at the Tournament Of Champions at Sports Plus in Cincinnati, and that the NKY Jazz are playing in Milford Ohio. Any others?

KY Patriots freshman AAU team are playing in the Pittsburgh Jamfest. They play Ft. Wayne SAC tonight a 10:00 p.m. and Boo Williams at 8:00 tomorrow in pool play.

Northern Kentucky Magic, played in Louisville AAU tournament this past weekend. This some boys from Ryle, Scott, Dixie, and Pendleton.
