April 4, 200719 yr Being blindsighted is impossible. Minnesota couldn't have talked to Tubby unless UK gave permission. When he left the first thing I thought was, boosters just forced him out because Billy D is coming. . They may not have talked to Tubby before UK gave permission but I'm sure they talked to Tubby's "people" to guage his interest and to make their offer known before they ever contacted Mitch.
April 4, 200719 yr Come on, you guys have to know this press conference has nothing to do with UK. This is funny.

April 4, 200719 yr Much to do about nothing. The Lexington stations aren't even cutting off "Ellen" for it. C'mon, even a Marshall press confrence has to be better than "Ellen"!!!!
April 4, 200719 yr They may not have talked to Tubby before UK gave permission but I'm sure they talked to Tubby's "people" to guage his interest and to make their offer known before they ever contacted Mitch. So you are sure Minnesota is committing NCAA infractions????? Wasn't Mitch contacted in December? No leaks since then..... He left 3 months later..... and that's plenty of time to talk to Tubby. Lord knows he wasn't spending the time cleaning his office or recruiting.......
April 4, 200719 yr Possibly Patrick Patterson commiting to the Gators...... The coach or univeristy cannot be present for a signing though, unless it's on campus.
April 4, 200719 yr It may not have to do anything with UK but it can't hurt to watch to see what it is about!
April 4, 200719 yr It may not have to do anything with UK but it can't hurt to watch to see what it is about! :thumb: As stated before, Marshall has a fundraiser early this evening, the press will not get a chance to have a QandA session at that time, this is their chance. I am sure we will hear about the title and some questions about his future, but he won't mention if he is staying or going here.
April 4, 200719 yr According to the conference it will be delayed because Billy D isn't there yet! Paperwork in Lexington!!!!!
