April 4, 200719 yr Still wrong. Kentucky benefits FAR more from Florida's success in the tournament than Florida benfits by the number of fans Kentucky sent to Chicago. A full half of the money paid out from the tournament goes to the conferences to be divided up based on performance. So UK will be getting a big, fat check based on Florida's repeat. If it weren't for programs like Kentucky, no one would benefit monetarily from the tournament. Do you think CBS would pay a billion dollars to broadcast a final four with Creighton, Hawaii, Rutgers, and Utah State?
