I believe that this is truly best for both parties. Tubby will turn Minnesota around and be able to win with his style of player, and UK gets its wish. This is like filling the Notre Dame Head Coaching job in football. The name sells itself, and there will be money there. If you can handle the pressure, you'll have every advantage in the world to build a Top 5 program. It will be interesting to see who they get.

I really thought that he would leave but the Minnesota part is extremely surprising to me.
