It's looks like Joey got him on the ground and kicked him while he was there. To me how can JP be the only one get a cititation when they were both throwing punches. It seems as if JP started and finished the altercation and on top of it Levi was robbed. I guess it is Levi's fault when you really look at it. No but seriously we don't even know what really happened so its not really fair to say who is at fault 100% but most reports to this point show that it was JP.

July 23, 200719 yr The crazy thing here is say it had been the other way around and Levi jumped Joey, they probably would have suspended Levi a game or two just because he was on the Bengals team which has had problems with the law. Which would not have been fair, because a player should not get penalized for his teammates actions, but I bet you Levi would have got suspended for it. I believe the fine is a good fine, and that he should have been suspended for one game and thats it...
