March 17, 200719 yr You guys are ridiculous. Oden didn't push him, he ran in to him. Seriously. The better team won today. What about the no call on OSU's last shot that sent Cage to the line to shoot two? That was clearly a foul not called. Some of you need to grow up. If anything, OSU were the ones not getting the calls, and I have no dog in this fight so I'm totally unbiased. But to say Oden is a punk and all of that is totally immature and you "MEN" should be ashamed of yourselves. You are correct. Oden didn't push him. Since you are the fballsstud06, I guess you would know a forearm shiver when you saw one. Oden should have been called for the T and made his way to the pine. The calls went to OSU all day and X was robbed of advancing.

I also agree that the beter team won but I will say that "X" ouplayed OSU and talent won out in the end, not the refs. :thumb:

March 17, 200719 yr X got the shaft, plain and simple. That was an intentional foul. X should have had the shots and the ball. Sad way to lose.

March 17, 200719 yr How's this for inrony about today's OSU/X officials. Les Jones was the official who called the foul when Gerald Henderson decked Tyler Hansbrough. Another official then came in and ruled it intentional. John Cahill has called three Final Fours and Three title games. He was one of the officials who screwed up how much time to give Duke in their game at CIS against Clemson in January, when they were in fact, given too much time to get off the game winning shot.
March 17, 200719 yr Say what you want to say about the refs, and I do agree, But at the end we wouldn't even be having this conversation had the free thow the end of regulatin gone in. Xavier had plenty of oppertunities to put this game away
