March 12, 200719 yr I think EKU is better than a 16 seed but you have to play with the cards you're dealt. Since no 16 seed has ever one you can pretty much advance UNC in your bracket but the three point shot is the "equalizer" in the college game and Leonard and Rose both hit at 40% from downtown, both have over 85 made on the season. Mascoll is a pretty good player but UNC has 12 Mascolls. I wish MBrock the best against Psycho T and the Heels.

I remember the first time I saw Michael, he was a 1st or 2nd grader and he was huge for his age. The kid comes from a great family and will always be thought of by me, he gives maximum effort, not many will be able to say they played against two #1 seeds in one year while at EKU.......and they played UK.
March 12, 200719 yr I think EKU got jobbed by being a 16 seed. Its a slap in the face to the OVC conference, IMO. EKU has to be stronger than Texas A&M CC. They got shafted. I wish it weren't so, but Eastern is almost 40 spots below TAMCC in the RPI ratings. I realize RPI isn't everything, but a spread that large is a pretty good indicator that Eastern should be seeded lower. Here are the only teams below Eastern, which is No. 127 in the RPI: 135 Niagara (play-in) 143 Weber St. (15) 150 Cent. Conn. St. (16) 164 Florida A&M (play-in) 167 Jackson St. (16) And yeah, this game could get ugly.
