March 9, 200719 yr Just got in from the regional tournament and wanted to say that this was a very entertaining game to watch! I got the chance to view this from a luxury box while watching the 4th Region games, and both this and the Duke/NC State game didn't disappoint for good basketball and intensity! Congrats to the Cards, and keep it up!
March 9, 200719 yr On the flip side it's always tough in this format to go 2 OT in your first game. The winner of the game on now has a huge advantage...
March 9, 200719 yr Kind of...though they will miss that magic rest...Ricky said he was taking his crew back to the hotel immediately....UL would be better suited to play Marquette, IMO.

March 9, 200719 yr Clark played a HUGE game for the cards. Sosa traveled by the way but hey sometimes you catch the breaks. Good win.
March 9, 200719 yr How close was Sosa to a travel on that game tying layup? Two and a half steps from inside the key. I guess Sosa's play will now be UL's version of Sparks in the corner.

March 9, 200719 yr I guess Sosa's play will now be UL's version of Sparks in the corner. Good one!
March 9, 200719 yr I guess Sosa's play will now be UL's version of Sparks in the corner. Not really, it wasn't nearly as blatant or obvious...problem is, WVU was so scared to foul, they stopped playing defense with 1 second to go.
March 9, 200719 yr They'll be too much for the Cards. Just like they were the first time the Cards played them. . . Oh! . . . wait a minute . . . Didn't UofL dominate them. . . On their home floor!. . .Hmm! Go CARDS!
