What do you think? Will the possibility of Reggie Revels play as a factor?

Revels is way down the list of concerns if you are a CCH supporter. He averaged 8 ppg last year at Taft so we're not talking about Mayo/Walker suddenly showing up. He may be talented but he hasn't played in a year, he hasn't played against many/any Ds like he'll see Friday, and he hasn't been in the environment he will experience Friday night.

I think CovCath wins this game....however, the potential game next week makes me REALLY nervous.

Even though District Championships are IMO essentially blah this might be one worth winning assummimg other districts go as planned. If I'm CovCath I want to win and have Holmes play NCC with Kiernan somewhere, and if I'm Holmes I want to win and have CovCath play NCC with Kiernan somewhere. Even though the loser of this district might win that game it probably won't be easy physically and they could bounce off that performance somewhere later in the Region.

Cov Cath will win this one. They are a very good disciplined Team!

Holmes talent will shine tomorrow night. The Bulldogs by 7.

I will take discipline over talent any day.

And I am not saying CC is not talented because they are!

I will take a talented, disciplined and very well coached team in this one.

One of those games where you never know what the coaches are thinking, as they stand a good chance of playing again next week for all the marbles in the regionals?? Doubtful it matters if you go in as a district winner or loser here, as they will be opposite each other; and figure to be heads above most of the other competition.

Both previous games were low scoring, defensive affairs which CCH won by a slim margin; so I'd guess we'll see more of the same?? I'll say CovCath by a couple, in a game in the 40's or low 50's; but certainly wouldn't be surprized to see Holmes prevail. Possible Hensley may want to win this more, since he's lost the first two. If either coach has anything "up their sleeve" they obviously won't show it tomorrow night.

Revels, non factor, won't be in uniform even if ruled eligible. As far as coach Henley wanting this a little more because he lost the first two, I know he is smart enough to know tomorrow night only means your district champ and March 13 would mean what? Region champ headed to Rupp so lets give him a little credit yea I'm sure he would like to win tommorrw night just like Cov. Cath. coach would like to but the true prize awaits the winner of March 13! A loss only serves to an be a extra motivation factor for either team.

Certainly not questioning Coach Henley's intelligence, only saying if my team had lost twice, I may have a little more incentive to win; so my team didn't question their ability to beat an opponent they'd then lost to three times?? Good luck to both teams, as I have a feeling the season series may not be over after tomorrow night!!

I've got a feeling your right about the series not being over tomorrow night. I won't be able to attend tomorrow night but I fully plan to be in attendance if they do hook up on th 13th. Will be a battle and I don't know if I would consider either team "the" favorite on that night but I believe their won't be a better region championship game in the state! (personal opinon)

Assuming no upsets in the 11th, Scott County (#1) vs. Bryan Station (#3) might argue with that; but that's assuming no upsets in a heckova region!!

Holmes by 8.

They are playing too good for anyone in the 9th to stop them.

Cov. Cath can hang with anyone so I don't think the second best team in the ninth region right now will be too much for them to hang with.
