futurecoach Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 I will add a poll to this in one minute. But tonight on sportscenter they asked the question who would you rather have, so I thought I would ask the same thing. I would put neither as one of the options, but I know that would be choice just about everyone would choose. So I am not going to put that as an option. I want to know if you HAD to take one of them, which one would it be?
futurecoach Posted March 1, 2007 Author Posted March 1, 2007 If I had to take one of them, I would take T.O. Both of these guys are cancers in the club house. But I think T.O. would give you more production on the field all around than Moss would...
sportsfan41 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 I said T.O, but am sorta thinking Moss. I think T.O can is the better of the two, bc he can adjust to QB's, not sure the same could be said about Moss. I think.....
dolamite Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Moss does one thing and one thing only. Run the go route down the field and out run/jump who ever is covering him one on one. Roll a safety overtop to protect this then you contain Moss. T.O. on the otherhand, goes across the middle, runs much better routes, doesn't take plays off, actually blocks and comes off the line hard every snap. It's a no-brainer because you cannot honestly knock T.O.'s play on the field, while the same cannot be said for Moss who has went on record to say sometimes he doesn't even try.
dolamite Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Moss Would you care to explain your reasoning behind this? Just curious.
CatchMeIfYouCan Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Just have always liked Moss. He is my favorite player in the NFL. TO is my second. So if I HAD to take 1 of them I would choose Moss.

Good enough for me, I know how hard it is to dog your boy, so no harm in doing that. Even though Moss is a freakish athlete with an insane vertical and blistering speed, I personally think T.O. brings more to the table. But like said I know how hard it is to go against a favorite player, kind of like Judas betraying Christ.

NEERFAN Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 If team Dr's could remove TO's tongue I'd take him, he still produces even though he's a donkey. Hard to judge Moss after a few terrible seasons in Oakland but he hasn't been the same since the downfall of the Culpepper days in Minny.

Hard to judge Moss after a few terrible seasons in Oakland but he hasn't been the same since the downfall of the Culpepper days in Minny. And that's what got me as well, TO has performed well under a few different QB's, Moss on the other hand, seems to have hardly performed as of late...
Neers 44 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 T.O. has produced more on the field recently but I believe T.O. is more of a cancer than Moss. Either way you're stuck with a cancer on your team, I'd rather have the lesser version of it.
TubbyCAT Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 I don't want either of the two players and wouldn't choose either. There are better receivers in the league that cause a lot less headaches and team problems then these two jokers.
The Breeze Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Id go with Moss, I have always liked him since the Minnesota days.
