you really are uneducated on this subject. We werent even in his top FIVE. Contrary to what you and the other 18% may think, we werent even really in the picture. And it had NOTHING to do with style of play.

He says right there we were top 5. It says too that he really liked KY, we were in his top five, the slate was clean, yet we were never in the picture? It was probably Rondo or the Strength coaches fault...... Oh wait.....18% The 18% still think UK is Final Four bound and OTS is about to turn iot around. When PP, JL don't commit and RM heads elsewhere the 18% will say they were part of the problem (Rondo/S&C Coach 2006).

In High School he'd get rebounds and dribble it up the court himself. He's a very good ball handler for a big guy. He's also extremely athletic and fast. Why would a slow down 60 point a game be to his liking??????????

Give it up! Tubby did what was right... wright is one and done player.

Fire Tubby? It won't happen and it shouldn't happen.

Folks, lets be honest, UK has become, in every sense of the work, an "average" program and there is nothing on the horizon that I can see that's going to change that. It's so painfully obvious, it's ridiculous. If that's what everyone wants then so be it. The time for a change began last year. I still say it's fast evolving into a Bill Curry situation. I agree Tubby will not be fired, but I hope he is man enough to realize it's just not working and works out a mutually agreeable arrangement to step aside in some manner.

Barnhart would NEVER fire Tubby!

Not saying I'm proud or happy with the past 2 years, and I don't know enough to say whether UK would or would not ever do it, but I personally would not fire Tubby at this point. There is a reasonable rationale for all of our troubles at this point, and all could have happened if Izzo, K, Donovan, Williams, Knight or whomever was at the helm.

AS i watched the end of the Vandy game in horror, I realized something . UK is a now a middle eschalon team of the SEC. They have become "us" and we have become "them".I remember not too long ago when we would be dominant when the game was on the line as well as come back from behind---and the other teams expected it to happen. Now we just hope Vandy wont beat us 5 times in row.And no--this just didnt happen.

 

I dont know if Tubby should be fired but I do honestly believe it would be best for both if they went different ways at the end of the season. The wheels are falling off and if they lose to georgia or the first round of the SEC tournament they will be in a whirlwind.

You all got to realize there is NO CHANCE that Tubby will get fired after this season at UK. The only way Tubby is gone after this season is if he decides to step aside on his own...
