To all planning to attend, I highly encourage buying tickets online and getting there early if you want a seat in the stands. I’m hearing that they are expecting to be over capacity. As much as I love the new stadium, the seating capacity isn’t close to what Davis Field held.

This past Friday’s game at Bellevue had more Dayton people than I’ve seen in a long time for a Dayton and Bellevue game too. Just wanted to give a heads up to those planning to attend.

Got to go with my old buddies (Barth, Siereveld, Johnson, Dingus and those terrors the Ferguson brothers) and root for the Green Devils.

I know that it’s not been often, but it’s pretty awesome that this is likely a game of the week type of game for NKY and maybe other parts of the state too. It has been a good while for Dayton being in a football game like this. I’m very happy for them and couldn’t be happier for the job that Coach Herbst and his staff has done with developing and coaching this team.

A sell out crowd at Dayton, means Wayfarer is going to be an extremely tough place to get a seat in before the game.

Yes it will. All of the restaurants down close to there will likely be very busy. It's tough getting a seat at Wayfarer when football isn't going on.

Pulling for Dayton in this matchup and to stop the 18 game winning streak in this matchup.

The strength of schedule for NCC will show in this one. Give me the Breds.

Will this be televised? I hope so.

I haven’t heard of anything yet, I was kind of thinking the same thing.

Would love to see a changing of the guard, even if only for one season. Especially for Coach Herbst, solid coach and huge opportunity for the Dayton program!

I still think NewCath will win, but far less sure after watching the Newport game. If Dayton can score 21 and not turn the ball over, they will likely win.

I agree here. NewCath's offense is a work in progress. They will struggle getting over the 24 pt mark without help from Special Teams or turnovers.
