Coach Chalk, left Dunbar after 2020-21 season since then they have had several coaches. In order Murray Garvin (2 seasons), John Morgerson (1 season), George Baker (1 season but don't think he coached the entire year), Steve Quattrocchi (1 season) a program desperate looking for stability.

They had two coaches on staff with previous head coaching experience. 

Right hire can continue building this program in right direction. City of Lexington is open this year in terms of who’s the best team.

He's no longer the head coach at East Jessamine.

He’s no longer at East and lives in Lexington. Problem people had at East was his style of play.

Dunbar has an all-time great coach as AD so I trust him to get this right. They have all been good hires so far, unfortunately with this last one it was so good that Scott County came knocking.

A good hire would be someone with experience in building a program. They have yet to hit that mark with 3 coaches in 3 years.

At Estill they played slower and ran a lot of sets.  I watched his East team this year, and didn’t feel that way.  They were in 5 out a lot and shot a lot of 3s.
