Big difference in those predictions, one has Pulaski County getting 25" and one has it at 5.2".

For What It's Worth Bill Meck a few minutes ago seemed to be saying we'd get little snow here but a lot of ice.

I think it depends if the high pressure system that is forecast to be around Michigan. If it strengthens it could push the system back south. It's too early to tell at the moment. The 18z GFS is showing a shift to the south.

Those south of the line should be preparing for power outages or interruptions. Road and travel conditions may be extremely hazardous due to ice accumulation.

To me it is interesting how "Lexington" is often the Snow/Ice line in Kentucky.
